The 2021 SS Compilation is a perfect match for the Brie Mushroom Fondue Tart. The wine’s rich blackberry and black currant aromas enhance the earthy flavors of the wild mushrooms, while its notes of vanilla, clove, and lavender complement the creaminess of the brie and filo. The soft, silky tannins and lingering finish balance the richness of the dish, creating a harmonious, elegant pairing.

33% Zinfandel, 27% Petite Sirah, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petit Verdot, 9%Malbec, 7% Cabernet Franc
Aged for 30 months in French and American oak barrels (40% new).
Specially selected lots from individual barrel selections comprise this deeply concentrated wine, which offers lovely aromas of ripe plum and blackberry, with notes of mint, allspice and black pepper framed by soft smooth tannins and long velvet-like finish.
