Sommelier Notes:

Melt in your mouth shortrib, pairs beautifully with this spiced bramble berry Zinfandel. Danish blue cheese provides a salty earthy backdrop that allows the fruit character to explode on the palate with a luxurious velvety finish from the demi-glace sauce.

100% Bejach Vineyard

Aged for 24 months in American oak barrels (36% new).

Dark extracted layers of blackberry fruit aromas framed by hints of clove, eucalyptus and tobacco with soft tannins and a generous, silky finish.
