The 2021 SS Red Blend (Limited Selection One) complements the Roasted Duck Lumpia with its rich blackberry and black currant aromas, which enhance the savory, rich duck filling. The wine’s notes of vanilla, clove, and lavender balance the spicy apricot dipping sauce, while its soft, silky tannins provide structure to the dish. The lingering finish harmonizes with the deep flavors of the lumpia, creating a well-rounded, flavorful pairing.

Our Limited Selection Signature Series wines are very special, often unique blends with just one release per year. “One,” the first wine in this series, is a blend of 41% Sangiovese, 22% Cabernet Franc, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petit Verdot and 6% Merlot, offering lovely aromas of black cherry and blackberry, with notes of coffee, vanilla and allspice framed by soft tannins and a long velvety finish.
