Pricing
Pricing varies between $85-125++ per person. Pricing varies depending on the month of the year, day of the week, buffet or plated. Customized packages are available. Please call for your personal quote.
Guest Minimums
Mon-Thurs.-50 guests, Fri/Sun-100 guests, Sat.-125 guests. Minimums vary in off season.
- Bar Packages available. Minimum Wine purchase of $695.00 ++ required
- No outside food or beverage is permitted on the Winery property
Payment Schedule
$2600.00 plus tax Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is required to secure your date. A 50% payment will be due 6 months prior and your final count and payment is due 15 days prior to your event. All payments are applied toward your balance and are non-refundable. There is a 3% payment plan fee however, this fee will be waived if paying by cash or check. When you have your tasting with the caterer, you will need to give them a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your date with them. This amount will be applied to your final balance.
Policies
- All packages include unlimited consumption for a four-hour duration. The bar will close ½ hour before the end of your event. All wines are served at the bar only. Wine on the tables is additional except with the Signature Select Package.
- Wines are subject to availability and should be selected one month prior to event.
- Wine Club Members receive a 10% Discount on Packages.
- All prices subject to taxable service charge and California state sales tax

HARD ALCOHOL
For bars with hard alcohol, you would select a package from above (for wine only) and deduct 10% from the price. Then add one of the following choices: Well- $13.95, Premium-$16.95, Top-shelf- $19.95. For glassware on mixed drinks, add $2.00.
NO HOST BAR
Minimum wine purchase of $695.00 is required. Includes two bar set-ups and Leoness' choice of 1 white wine and 1 red wine on each table; for all other wine & beer, your guests will be charged. Unlimited Soda Bar, Champagne Toast, etc. are available on an al a carte basis with a no host bar.
