What is included in the price?

  • Facility Rental for five hours plus two hours prior for dressing and photos

Do you have minimums guest requirements?

Yes. Monday-Thursday: 50 guests

Friday & Sunday: 100 guests

Saturdays: 125 guests

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We have weekday discounts, off season discounts, and day of the week discounts. We also run promotional discounts from time to time. Please call for details.

Do you offer children's prices?

 Yes. Children 10 and under are half price.

Is there an additional facility fee?

No. The package price includes the facility. There is no additional charge for the use of our barrel room either.

Is there an extra ceremony fee?

No. The package price also includes the ceremony fee.

Is there a cake-cutting fee?

No. This is included in the package price per person.

Do you have any Hidden fees such as cake cutting, corkage, etc?

No. All fees are included in our package.

What kind of deposit is required to book the date?

A $2900.00 non –refundable reservation fee is required. A 50% payment is due 6 months prior and the reservation fee is applied to this payment. Balance is due 15 days prior with final count.


Facility FAQs

Where does the ceremony take place?

The ceremonies take place on our beautiful lawn area, which is surrounded by vines and features dramatic views of the area mountains and valleys. Barrel Ceremonies are also available Mon-Fri.

What kind of chairs do you provide for the ceremony and reception?
White wooden folding chairs. You can upgrade to the Natural, black or Mahogany chairs however, at cost.

Can you tell me about the Barrel Room?
The barrel room, which can accommodate 200 guests, is where we store our wine barrels while they age to perfection. The barrels surround the entire room making it a true winery experience. The room has wonderful aromas from the barrels and is adorned with three large chandeliers. You can enhance the room with votives or tealights placed on all the barrels!

How much time do I have for my event?

You have 2 hours ahead of time for photos and 5 hours for your event. Additional time may be purchased. 

How late can my reception go?

Outdoor events must end by 10:30 with music off by 10:00. For Barrel room events, we can go later.

Do you have a place for the bride to get ready?

Yes! We have a beautiful bridal suite in our barrel room. We will have some wine waiting for the girls in the Suite. The Suite is removed from the ceremony lawn and most importantly the groom and your guests. You will be able to take all of your beforehand photos in total privacy. This way your grand entrance down the aisle will be a surprise to everyone!

Do you have a place for the Groom to get ready?

Yes. The groomsmen have their own space complete with a dart board and game table. We also have a refridgerator with beer for the guys.

Is the dance floor included?

A dance floor is not needed in either of the reception areas.


Food and Bar FAQs

Can I bring in my own catering?

The catering is included in our package. Our chefs can custom design menus for you and can accommodate many ethnic requests.

Can I taste the food?

Absolutely! We will set up a tasting for you, which usually takes place on Saturday or Sunday during the day.

Do you allow outside alcohol?

No. We will supply all the wine, beer, champagne and soft drinks needed for your event.

Can I serve hard alcohol at my wedding?

Yes. We can bring in an outside service for you if you require hard alcohol. We will still only feature Leoness wines.

Can I have a cash bar?

Yes. There is a minimum wine purchase of $695.00. Any wine unused can be taken home with you and we always include the bartender.

Do you offer bar packages?

Yes. We have three packages to choose from plus a no host bar.

Do you offer champagne?

The champagne toast is included in our bar packages.


Vendor's FAQs

Do I need to provide a PA system for the ceremony?

Your DJ or musician should have this for you. We do not have a PA system here.

Can I have a live band?

Definitely! There's nothing like a great band to make your reception fun! Whether you have a DJ or a band, we will supply you with all the county noise regulations.

Do I have to use the vendors on your list?

No. We do HIGHLY recommend you consider our vendors, however, as they are familiar with our venue, licensed, insured, and extremely qualified! We want your event to be a success and that is why we have put together our preferred vendors list for you. If you choose your own vendor, they will need to sign a vendor agreement. 

Do I need to provide a wedding coordinator?

No. We do include a Site Coordinator to assist you with all your details prior to the wedding and to be present the day of to make sure things are running smoothly. The main difference between a Site Coordinator and a Wedding Coordinator is while our main function is to ensure the event is running smoothly on our end, a wedding coordinator's main responsibility is the bride and the wedding party. They focus on the details such as putting out your favors, guest book, toasting glasses etc. as well as running the rehearsal and ceremony. They work closely with your vendors as well and also foresee problems before they arise.

Can I take my engagement photos at the winery?

Absolutely! Just give us a call to set up a time.

Who does the set up and clean up for the event?

Set up and Tear down of your event is included in our package. The only thing you are responsible for is decorations. Any décor that you bring in needs to be removed. Typically this is something your florist comes back to do.
